Uninstall App from your PC

If for any reason you wish to remove our application, the process is just as easy as any other.
 

Windows 11

There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location.

Uninstall from the Start menu

  1. Select Start start_button.png > All apps and search for Activate Privacy in the list shown.
  2. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.

Uninstall in Settings

Select Start start_button.png> Settings settings.png> Apps > Apps & features windows_app_list.png.

Find the Activate Privacy app in the list, select More windows_3_dot_menu.png> Uninstall.

Note: Some apps can't be uninstalled from the Settings app right now. For help uninstalling these apps, follow the instructions to uninstall from Control Panel.  

Uninstall from Control Panel

  1. In search on the taskbar, enter Control Panel and select it from the results.
  2. Select Programs > Programs and Features.
  3. Press and hold (or right-click) on Activate Privacy and select Uninstall or Uninstall/Change. Then follow the directions on the screen.

 

Windows 10

Uninstall from the Start menu

  1. Select Start windows_10_start_button.png and look for Activate Privacy in the list shown.

  2. Press and hold (or right-click) on Activate Privacy, then select Uninstall.

Uninstall from the Settings page

  1. Select Start windows_10_start_button.png, then select Settings settings.png > Apps > Apps & features. 

  2. Select Activate Privacy, and then select Uninstall.

Uninstall from the Control Panel (for programs)

  1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Control Panel and select it from the results.

  2. Select Programs > Programs and Features.

  3. Press and hold (or right-click) on Activate Privacy and select Uninstall or Uninstall/Change. Then follow the directions on the screen.
